I'm grateful for the opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing...and everything imaginable.

 

I've helped design marketing strategies for some of world’s best-known companies, including Ford, Toyota, Dell, Coca-Cola Company, Mattel, Aetna, Hilton, United Airlines, Medtronic, Purina, and Callaway Golf.

 

I started Rehumanize to help companies grow through a system modeled on the four dynamics of human relationships. Its “4Es” framework connects insights, goals, tactics, data and enterprise-wide collaboration to form a human-centered growth system.

My career spans leadership roles at global agencies, a successful start-up, and client-side marketing management:  Global President for GTB; co-founded Barrie D'Rozario Murphy (named “Best Small Agency in the U.S.” by 4As); leadership roles at Y&R, Saatchi & Saatchi and Ogilvy; client-side brand management at Aetna Healthcare.

I pay it forward as a guest lecturer on Human Centered Marketing – aka, "re-humanizing marketing" – in MBA programs at University of California-Irvine (Merage School of Business), Duquesne University, Loyola Marymont University, and California State-Fullerton.
